These terms cover dogtoothinc.com and our client portal at portal.dogtooth.ai. "Dogtooth", "we" and "us" mean Dogtooth LLC. By using either, you agree to them.

Our services

The work we do for clients is covered by the agreement we sign with each client. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

The website

The content on dogtoothinc.com is for general information. You're welcome to read and share it, but please don't copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

The client portal

• Access is by invitation only. We add and remove users, and can change access at any time.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. Don't share your account.
• Share links show project work and hours, never billing. Anyone with the link can view it, so treat it like a password. Ask us and we'll turn a link off.
• Billing estimates in the portal are calculated from tracked time. They aren't invoices. The invoice we send you is the amount due.
• Portal data refreshes about once an hour and may lag behind our other systems.

No warranties

We work hard to keep the website and portal accurate and available, but they're provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dogtooth isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or portal. Our responsibilities for client work are set out in the client agreement.
